FAQ

Winter Conference is focused on connecting you to the heart of Jesus Christ– for you and for the world around you. Throughout the conference you’ll be encouraged by thoughtful teaching from God’s Word, musical worship, and prayer experiences. You’ll also experience deep time in community and breakout sessions to help you grow in your walk with Christ and equip you to share Christ with others.  Also, most conferences include a hands-on outreach experience to share the good news of Christ during the conference.

Yes, feel free to share this letter from Vicki Guinn, who serves as the National Director of Winter Conference, with them.

Yes, if you can only come to part of the conference you may pay a prorated cost. Exact pricing and payments can be worked out at onsite-registration and/or at the Cru info desk onsite. If you have questions you may email winterconference@cru.org.

No. If you live close by, or have alternative housing, students can pay the commuter cost for the conference. Also, please note that housing is NOT included for Atlanta or Raleigh.

Check out the promo tab on our website! You’ll find lots of social media resources to help you get the word out and invite others.

You don’t need to be currently enrolled as a student to attend; however, the conference is designed for young adults ages 18-24 and those who minister to this age group.

It is our desire that cost would not be something that prevents anyone from experiencing Winter Conference. Please ask your local Cru staff about discount opportunities that may be available.

The registration cost covers your hotel for all nights of the conference (with the exception of Atlanta and Raleigh) and the costs of the conference itself. Travel, food, and parking are not included. If you have questions about housing options for Atlanta or Raleigh, please contact your Cru staff.

You can room with your friends or other people from your campus. Each hotel room has two beds and will house up to four people. Rooms are assigned during onsite-registration at the conference. To ensure your roommate preferences, go through on-site registration with your desired roommates; and/or make sure that all of your desired roomates are paid in full prior to the conference (this allows each of you go through onsite-registration on your own rather than as a group). If you do not have a preference of roommates, we will have a space for you to connect with others to room with during  onsite-registration.
